Liked: Very clean nice good breakfast
Disliked: Loud location Loud people next door with a screaming baby kept us up half the night then the kids were up jumping and running at 5 am

Liked: The staff was nice and helpful! Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The hot tub was broken, but no one told us, so we found out the hard way.

Liked: Awesome location and nice hotel.
Disliked: The pool wasn’t heated, which wasn’t the worst but having a toddler with autism, kinda made it hard transitioning him from the pool to a bath tub cause the pool was freezing

Overall a good experience.

Liked: The size and affordability of the suite we had was great. The complementary breakfast was good with quite a few options. The facilities were clean and welcoming. The availability of amenities in the room were so helpful.
Disliked: The staff did not honor our booking.com reservation due to the kind of card I had. I went to book a different hotel and was asked by staff to rebook through Expedia, causing us to pay a higher rate, and lose the Mountain View room. After paying again and rebooking we were told the pool, a huge reason for booking was out of service. All minor inconveniences.
