Liked: Everything! Probably the best hotel we’ve stayed at.. Staff was excellent!!

Super friendly staff, clean facility...

Liked: I loved Aron who went out of his way to help us check in early, fabulous customer service and I loved that the 2 bedroom had 2 bathrooms. And the other lovely lady at the front desk made sure we knew the comforts of the lobby.
Disliked: The people above us must have had children who were jumping and it was very loud and annoying.

We'll be back again!

Liked: The location introduced us to a new area of Cheyenne. We were taken by surprise at how pleasant and "new" the area was.

Liked: Really friendly staff from reception, to housekeeping and general manager. Helpful and able to advise about the local area. Facilities are great with gym, indoor pool, laundry and lovely courtyard to relax in after a busy day. Breakfast was good and the lady overseeing breakfast friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were comfortable and spacious for a queen suite. Bathroom modern and good shower.
Disliked: Noisy air conditioning even when turned off, fresh air blows through the unit to keep the rooms smelling fresh. Staff were able to turn this feature off so much quieter.
