Liked: New; VERY quiet and the bed was great.
Disliked: Paying $8 for parking after paying $200 for the room.

Great parking; updated, clean rooms; excellent free breakfast and free dinners on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. Staff is great.

Liked: Great place to stay. Rooms are excellent. Staff is very helpful and cordial. I would recommend to anyone who is visiting the area to stay. I will definitely be staying here again.

Unsatisfactory

Liked: It was convenient to the convention center. Check-in was easy
Disliked: This place was not prepared for a weekend load of guests. There were not enough towels or washcloths, and there was nothing the staff could do to get more. 1 cloth and 2 towels for 3 people for a 2 day stay is unsanitary. The parking pass did not work when we left and had to call for help to get out of the gate. The bed was hard, not firm, HARD. Not worth the price we paid.
