Pleasant Stay

Liked: My wife and I were celebrating our 1yr. Wedding anniversary and going to see Frankie Valli in concert. Our hotel stay was very nice, clean and breakfast was very good and they even upgraded us to a Suite and gave us complimentary snacks, very grateful! Staff was very accommodating and attentive. Thank you Staybridge Suites in Cedar Park for all you did. Would definitely recommend them to anyone traveling. Will definitely be staying there again!!!

My last stay at Staybridge

Disliked: Jimmy, the staff member was arrogant, rude and oblivious of me as a customer. He was short, interrupted me and the front desk staff and acted entitled. I have loved staying at this location on numerous occasions. I travel to Cedar Park every month, but will never stay again with this individual in a management role. I was treated as if my stay was a courtesy of his, not as a paying (repeated) customer.

Superb

Liked: The hotel is very nice, quite and the rooms are comfortable, spacious, with every amenity you can dream of. The staff is very helpful as well, they helped me with a lost package that should have been delivered there. Pool and backyard are a nice addition.There is a laundry available
Disliked: The breakfast is a little underwhelming, I don't know if that's the case for other US hotels, only omelette, sausage and different kind of fries as savory(salty)options. This doesn't mean it wasn't nice.The rooms do not have a light in the center, you rely on lamps. Windows do not openIn the last days there was a bad smell coming from AC.

Liked: Some of the best bed linens I have ever had at a hotel - super soft and comfy. Our two small dogs were welcomed and treated like full guests - very nice!

Excellent service

Liked: The location is fantastic and the breakfast was also good. Keep it up. I will recommend to friends and will come back again for sure.
Disliked: The room need to be cleanes everyday. I stayed for 2 night's but the trash didn't get picked up. What l rememeber is there was a fallen "Don't Disturb" sign.They atleast need to ask to pick up the trash
