I was not comfortable staying...

Liked: The clerk at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating when I refused to stay at this hotel. He started a refund for the deposit we paid upon check in and sent an email to the booking company on our behalf stating we were unhappy with the cleanliness and overall feeling of our room and wanted a refund.
Disliked: The room felt dirty with an overall feeling of being unkept and outdated. The sheer drapery which I assume was white at one time, was discolored grey and dirty. The bathroom was old and worn down, the couch was old, the whole room was not as described in the online pictures. It felt dirty, looked outdated and unkept. I was not comfortable staying there. Some of the lights didn’t work, which also added to the dingy and dirty appearance and feeling of the room.
