Liked: The room was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool was great for kids. The bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet and relaxing, and we slept very well during our stay.
Disliked: The only thing that was frustrating about our stay was that the room was very sparsly equipt. We got a suite specifically so that we could eat our meals there during our stay, but because there were three of us, the room only contained three of each item. Three mugs, three bowls, even three spoons. That's not enough dishes to make, serve, and eat even a simple meal, and most people are eating more than once a day, not even including coffee or snacks. There was only one dishwasher tab to turn on the machine. In the bathroom, there were only three bath towels. It's really not unusual for those with longer hair to need a second towel to wrap their hair with after a shower. On the three occasions that we used the pool, the towel rack there was either completely empty or only had one or two towels left on the shelf. While the staff was very kind about providing extra items when we asked for them, it felt like we constantly needed to ask for things.
