Great location and the warm...

Liked: Customer service was excellent especially in regards to friendliness and making sure we had a quiet room.
Disliked: The beds were alittle on the hard side--but that is "rich people's problems":)

Liked: it was a family friendly spot which was okay if you dont mind sharing community space with children
Disliked: if you want couples only might want to go elsewhere

Liked: The lady that checked us in was very nice. a maintenance person was very helpful and even told my grandson a place to fish. Pool was beautiful. Room was great except for a couple broken pieces of furniture. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great but wished you could have beverages out after 930.
Disliked: I had trouble connecting to internet. Furniture worn.

All in all it was...

Liked: Your employee was very nice and welcoming guests up and beyond I will definitely be staying at the hotel again rooms was very cleans .
Disliked: A little concerning upstairs was very loud with kids playing and jumping up and down made it hard to sleep .
