We loved the room and...

Liked: The facility was very nice and the room definitely made you feel like a resort.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better.

We would stay here again!

Liked: The staff was so nice and attentiveThe room was clean and comfortable Breakfast was very good with many choices Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning our room and providing fresh towels. We don't see this very often anymore.
Disliked: The only thing that bothered us was that you could really hear the folks in the room above us walking around.

Love the kitchen. The bed...

Liked: We enjoyed the kitchenette, full refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen cabinets with all the needed kitchenware. Very comfortable couch!It's great for sleeping on. Free hot breakfast was nice but for the cost I've had better at other hotels.The whole layout for the hotel was nice. At the entryway you can see the the breakfast area, walk past the elevator to the exercise and laundry room. All was easy to get to. Free laundry was nice to use.
Disliked: I like how the bed is high from the ground but that changed when I saw my husband who is disabled from a stroke found the beds height made it difficult for him to sleep there. The stroke he had a few years back disabled his left arm and leg. I asked management for a stepping stool but they had no such thing. It would help tremendously if they had them available! My husband had to sleep on the couch.

Great location and the warm...

Liked: Customer service was excellent especially in regards to friendliness and making sure we had a quiet room.
Disliked: The beds were alittle on the hard side--but that is "rich people's problems":)

Great hotel, great breakfast, location,...

Liked: it was a family friendly spot which was okay if you dont mind sharing community space with children
Disliked: if you want couples only might want to go elsewhere
