The location, linens, towels and...

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the linens and abundant towels were clean and fresh-smelling. The hotel was within easy access to Lahey Clinic which was important for us. It was also three minutes from the Market Basket, H Mart and Dunkin' Donuts! The laundry facilities were top-notch and the complimentary use of the equipment was greatly appreciated as our stay was for two weeks.
Disliked: The constant smell of cooking food - early morning and late into the night - that permeated the whole unit was horrendous! Even with temperatures in the teens, we were forced to leave the windows open to air out the odors. The smell seemed to be coming from the vents, including the bathroom vent, which meant all the fresh-smelling towels were smelling of cooked food within hours. We realize that the hotel is currently undergoing a cosmetic upgrade so we are sure the cracked kitchen countertop, the filthy carpet and worn-out sofa will be replaced...and not a moment too soon!

Liked: The room was clean. Breakfast is good. Staff are nice.
Disliked: The body soap and shampoo are very bad. I don't know what they use. It was blue in color and smells like dish soap.

Liked: The property was overall very clean and staff were amazing. The breakfast was decent and free laundry room access. I would definitely stay here again as we were very comfortable and had no issues.
Disliked: Free laundry room access is definitely a plus when travelling with kids however the fact that the staff uses them as well for hotel linens made them a bit inconvenient since they were in use the majority of the time.
