Liked: Lots of good restaurants ( Burlington Mall) nearby. It also has a Market Basket in the same street 3 min away. Good room with kitchen and full fridge. The staff are great too. The only thing were the beds… kind of small. It would be perfect if it was queen size…
Disliked: I can’t complain about anything.

Liked: Good breakfast. Nice staff. Nice kitchen area. $6-9 for an Uber to the Burlington Mall.
Disliked: Our room the first night we landed wasn’t clean, it smelled of cigarettes. We had arrived so late and we were exhausted we just needed to rest. In the end, after day 3 we couldn’t live with the smell any more so we decided to ask at reception if the cleaners could spray an air freshener in the room. The attendant offered us a room on the 3rd floor which was in “better condition”. We had the inconvenience of moving all of our stuff up to the third floor where we spent our last two nights. I was led to believe from the advertising of the hotel that this was a new hotel. It’s not, it’s a rebrand with very little money injected into its interior but a lovely looking exterior. Outside it looks nice but inside it brings a faulty towers sense to it. Oh and by the way, more false advertising re laundry- the area is being “done up” so you have to Uber to the next town over at a cost of $10 each way to wash your stuff at a public laundry shop - to be fair the place we went to is amazing - but at an extra cost and time to the consumer! Also, you can hear everything in every room around you and at times you think some one upstairs in going to fall down on top of you!

Liked: The hotel was in an excellent area.
Disliked: The room wasn't clean enough to my standards. Hair everywhere, and I don't have long hair at all. The fridge kept freezing. I found a beer cap near the fridge, and I don't alcohol at all. No laundry facility available at time under renovations.

Good

Liked: Clean rooms. Loved that the 2 bedroom suite had 2 beds in 1 room and 1 bed in another. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Hallways and stairways were worn, dirty and HOT. Very uncomfortable actually getting to the roomsPool is very deceiving in picture.....it is actually super small. Very dated decor in the rooms. Even though there is a stove top in the room it is not a full kitchen. No actual oven to cook in which limits meals you can cook for a family.Overall a little pricey (paid over 300 a night) for our stay for 4 adults and a child.

Liked: nice room, good breakfast, reasonable price.

Pleasant

Liked: Staffs are friendly and breakfasts can cover basic needs despite of being simple
Disliked: No changing of linen for the whole stay and no cleaning for the floor.
