We arrived a bit early, and our room wasn't ready, (understandable) however, no effort at all was made to expidite the preparation of our room. Another lady walked up to the desk at 2:30 and was immediately checked into HER room....though I had been waiting three hours...we were also overcharged...any other day our room would have been 140.00...we were charged 245.00 will look elsewhere next time

Disliked: The pool was not very clean, water was cloudy, lots of floating items. The smell of chlorine was so strong it burned my eyes just walking in the pool area.

Liked: The lady at check in was very nice and pleasant night audit needs to watch a few training videos on customer service.
Disliked: Cleaning was a concern, glad I found the almond on the floor before my son whom is allergic to Nuts did, old boogers on the wall old confetti from a previous guest. It was so uncomfortable being in a room you couldn’t get comfortable in until you fully cleaned it yourself. Door would not lock, such a safety concern with a toddler, would show example however you can’t upload videos.
