Liked: Location and hotel
Disliked: a dirty tampon in the waste paper basket in bathroom gross.

Good

Great location. Close to downtown....

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Offered alot of choices. Coffee was very flavorful.
Disliked: Pillows were not comfortable. No support...even the one's labeled firm.

Exceptional

Family suite with kitchen exceeded...

it was ok

Liked: for breakfast there was a nice variety but didnt change to often - it would have been nice to sausage links and sausage gravy and biscuits - the front desk staff was exceptional addressed all our concerns and resolved them immediatly.
Disliked: the cleaning staff spoke no english and if you wanted something extra like toilet paper or kleenex you had to point at it or ask at the front desk.

High school reunion

Liked: Location, staff, breakfast, bed, drip coffee pot!
Disliked: The shower head didn't have a secure hang when you showered.

Exceptional

We came to Amherst/Niagara Falls...

Liked: We chose this property because of the kitchen and bedroom. We wanted to have room and the option to have food and snacks. We were staying for 10 days. Needed to feel like we were in a home away from home. The one bedroom suite king was perfect.
Disliked: Ice maker in refrigerator didn’t work. Had to get ice from front desk.
