Very poor.

Liked: Close to the airport and the bus service to the airport was very convenient
Disliked: The carpet in our room was sticky. The food was terrible, It had no atmosphere and was outrageously expensive for what you got.

My wife broke her arm...

Liked: Location was good close to airport and a short walk to train station and a dinning option. Kevin was outstanding handling our incident and the other staff could learn from his empathy.
Disliked: Stayed 4 nights and room was only serviced once. My wife fell on carpet in hallway breaking her arm. I had almost fallen in the same spot for some reason. Staff mostly were not very empathetic. Still haven't received a communication as promised about the incident over a week later. Expensive.

Handy hotel for an early...

Liked: Clean and modern
Disliked: Travelling with my father, we needed 2 beds in the room. I slept on the fold out sofa which was quite uncomfortable.

Superb

Liked: Spacious rooms and king size beds. Easy to park your car and metro station is a 10 min walk from the property.
Disliked: The breakfast is really a disaster. Quite far from the city center.

Very good

Liked: Our room was clean when we arrived. Much appreciated. Breakfast staff, Scott, was really nice to talk to and helpful. Breakfast was hot and plenty of choices.
Disliked: I would have liked to have had our room cleaned daily. The cleaning staff did not clean or restock supplies (once the trash was emptied and clean towels). We had to ask for toilet paper, coffee, etc. Our beds were never made.
