I enjoyed my stay but...

Liked: The location and the staff were great. We were received well and the front desk was fantastic.
Disliked: The swimming pool was closed and that should have been reflected in the cost of the room since we were unable to use that facility. The fresh fruit for the yogurt bar was missing.The hot water for the tea was lukewarm warm.The door for our bathroom was broken.It could have been a little cleaner.

Comfortable hotel. A bit expensive....

Liked: Hotel was very comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't great. Breakfast area should be bigger considering the number of rooms. Quality of the food available was below average

The room for a couple...

Liked: Very clean, location, customer service, breakfast.
Disliked: Only small chairs at the pool, not the long ones to be able to get comfortable and lie down, the elevators were not working and we were on the third floor, in 4 days we never had a room service (cleaning / trash, towels, etc)

So glad I stayed here!

Liked: This property was wonderful! The shuttle was very convenient and the driver was great. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Pool, Kitchenette in room, fitness center and hot breakfast were all perks that I enjoyed. Traveling alone I felt safe and well cared for here. Room was spacious, modern and well equipped. Facilities were well maintained and I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again. Awesome value for your money. Bonus perk that this hotel shares a parking lot with a Regal Theatre.
Disliked: N/A. I liked everything.
