Liked: Everything was nice and clean and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay. Easy to find. Close to the Christmas lights we went to go see.

Good but noise policy needs...

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Pet policy (barking)and noise from upstairs of people running and stomping around.

Hire better and more cleaning...

Liked: The property was in a good location. Although it was older it seemed renovated.
Disliked: The room seemed okay at first, but my husband noticed dead bugs each day and one live one. The room cleaning service was also unpredictable; apparently it was offered in the morning, but we were often not in our room from the early morning to midday and our room wasn’t cleaned. They also did not vacuum when they did clean. They needed to vacuum the hallway outside our room and did not appear to for our whole 12 day stay.

Will stay up the road...

Liked: The location, nothing else
Disliked: Dirty. No room cleaning or towel change in the 5 days we were there. Gym, dirty, no working screens, no wipes for before and after using machines. Charged for car parking. No water bottles to purchase. Well you get the picture.
