Great staff and location

Liked: We had trouble with our keys for the elevator and had to go back to the front desk to get them fixed. We were surprised not to find soap in our room. The bathroom in the lobby was not clean. The fitness center was well equipped with machines, but there was nothing to clean the equipment. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Bad

Liked: Doorman and women are all they have going for them.
Disliked: They ran out of toilet paper, towels . The staff was extremely rude. Very poorly managed. Not clean at all. I called and was on hold before I arrived for over an hour. After checking in the front would hang up when I called with questions. Could go one but a waste of time.

Dated and hot

Liked: Location was great, breakfast was ok
Disliked: Rooms was dated and hotel was hot , air conditioning barely worked in room , room was warm

I enjoyed our stay, but...

Liked: I just like how the TV was almost dark to where we couldn’t even enjoy TV in the room and then the AC unit was very loud when it was turned on

Liked: They make me wait 4 hours to check in, the toilet and the sink was clogged.The most horrible stay ever I need a refund.

Liked: Great location for The Fox Theatre. Good value.
Disliked: Check in was a nightmare. Had to wait. One of the staff walked out.

Have to walk an extra...

Liked: Was very disappointed that we had to eat breakfast in a different area than the other crowne Hotel guest that stayed in the same hotel . Also, I had to call up front a few times for bath towels and toilet paper . To the point where I bought my own at a local retail store.
