Disliked: Someone was smoking in their room and I can smell it in my room and the hall and the halls could be a little more cleaner as well as the elevators and carpet.

Liked: The hot breakfast was very good. The bakery option scones were undercooked and very heavy.
Disliked: The breakfast room had stains on all the chairs which was discomfiting. It took 1 hour to check in. The kitchen in our room had coffee but no filters or spoons. When we got back to the room there was a leak in the ceiling and the carpet was all wet. Surprise $50 to park your car.

Disliked: There were no towels or iron. Had to wait for a while before housekeeping brought them to the room.
