Disliked: The food was terrible! I gave the restaurant a second chance and was disappointed even more. You can get better chicken sandwich and burger from McDonalds and pay way less.

Disliked: Charged for room twice. Clerk said it would be corrected after room was checked for condition. As of today 18 Dec no reimbursement as yet.

Liked: It was nice and clean but unfortunately when we checked in at 7;15pm we were told at reception that Booking.com had only made a booking for 2 adults.( we are a family of 5 and I had the confirmation to show we would be in a room with 2 twin queen beds and a sofa bed.) we were told they could bring a roll out bed in and the sofa could turn into a bed. We were very tired and no bed turned up till gone 10pm and my children wanted to sleep. Finally it turned up with no soare duvets or pillows so then the staff went off and came back with very thin blankets so we were freezing. My daughter has ASD and refused to sleep with a sibling and my daughter had a broken ankle so had to perch upright on the uncomfortable sofa bed all night.
