Liked: Breakfast was great!! The yogurt bar....the oatmeal fixings. By far one of the best breakfast offered with turkey sausage too. And that's just to name a couple things.
Disliked: Rooms are on the smaller side. I thought that with it being in Ann Arbor, it would be a bigger room.

Disliked: I booked my stay on booking.com Wednesday for that Friday which was my daughter 12th birthday this her first year at her new school and decided to invite friends from school to come celebrate her birthday with her 3 girls were to stay the night where the rest out the 7 kids including her little sister were gonna go swimming I was told the deposit was 100 in person as on the site it said 50 I was told my card couldn’t be used and I needed a cash deposit so I went to get cash off my card came back and was greeted by a different employee who proceeded with my check in he then told me the deposit was 150$ the price went up again and I told him about what I was just told he went til the back for a while and the general manager came out and said he made a mistake it is 150 on the weekends and that he was gonna waive it this time bd let me put down the 100$ deposit he then told me that my room was the last room and there were no more like mine after going to check out he seen I said it was my daughter birthday and told me they couldn’t accommodate birthdays in their hotel as well Ass they were doing wristbands for the pool so no other kids could come swim even after I explained only three girls were staying they then told me they were canceling my room and I need to call booking.com they told me my money would be refunded and they’re was nothing he could do to accommodate me because they were sold out they treated me poorly for a special occasion I boooked in advance I just feel jo person should be treated or judge off their color I felt very much insulted I was kind and he still refused to help me

Excellent experience!

Liked: Soft beds, comfortable space, FRIENDLY STAFF.
Disliked: Needs cleaned a bit better and some basic repairs on small items in the room.

We will definitely stay here...

Liked: Booking and check-in processes were a breeze. The facilities were top-notch. I didn't expect all the services and amenities that come with the room. Room size is more than decent. I particularly love how huge our bathroom was. Great place if you are looking for a home far away from home.
Disliked: Can't think of any except that it's way south Ann Arbor.

Liked: It was a great stay. Perfect location for us. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was both friendly and accommodating.The pool and hot tub were opened until 11:00 pm.And.. the breakfast selection was exceptional.
Disliked: Nothing.
