Happy Customer, Williamsport, PA Sun, 1 January 2012

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and was happy to answer all of our questions. Also since it was New Years Eve they gave us all the information to call a taxi to take us to and from where we were celebrating. The room was very nice and clean which is always a plus.

Liked: Extremely clean
Disliked: Bed wasn't that comfortable. All pillows were too soft. Maybe consider one soft pillow and one medium/firm pillow for both sides.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, bathroom should have been cleaner.
Disliked: Bathroom could have been cleaner. Toilet had been used and not even flushed when we arrived. The bed was not comfortable.
