Overall it served its purpose...

Liked: Felt like my old apartment and I could cook breakfast in the morning to keep my family’s routine.
Disliked: Some questionable stains on the carpet in the bedroom and one on the chair in the living room. Also I think someone missed a spot when cleaning and some dishes were dirty.

Overall it was really good....

Liked: I loved the space and the home away from home feeling. I also loved the room I was in.
Disliked: I had called/notified the staff several times about one of the tvs not working. Having 4 kids and 1 tv was a little bit of an argument.

Liked: I loved the staff. They were informed and very helpful. Even when I wanted to pull out my hair. They were there for the rescue. They were a great group of people.
Disliked: I thought there would be more cookware available. Also I would have liked an extra key. There were also no bed linen for the sofa bed available. Or pillows for it.

Disliked: There was no trash pickup. We had to carry our trash out to a large industrial-type bend. It would have been nice to have a trash pickup a couple of days a week.
