Liked: Nothing horrible experienced for me and my family.
Disliked: We came all the way from New Jersey to visit family members.. We decide Baja to stay one night to rest and continue the trip .. the property dirty in and out, the lobby unsanitary. Employer unprofessional and don’t even look like the work there. Street ghetto. Bad choices for a rush moment.

Disliked: It needs to be renovated the bathrooms are a little nasty

Liked: Nothing it was horrible took two hours for my family to be checked in because the first rooms they gave us were filthy and one of them had another family already in it, the three rooms requested we’re supposed to be nonsmoking but we were given smoking rooms
Disliked: I took photos the rooms were filthy the tubs were rusted the toilets stained there were people loitering smoking drugs around the walkways with one of the employees

Slumlord Operation Stay Away!

Liked: One awesome manager unsupported by for bad ownership. Bessie does a great job though there is no staff to support her. freeway access is good. Neighbor was friendly to help us get in. Large refrigerator.
Disliked: 1 hour 15 minutes to check in after travelling a long ways to get there. No way to call Booking.com only texting made it worst! Multiple code violations such as fire, building and labor laws. No 24/7 staff support such as security, front desk, housekeeping, and room services. Bathroom door has a split, fluorescent lighting flickered and did not work, Toilet seat bumpers broken, and no toilet paper. Small spiders, 1 baby roach, and gnats, Black mold and peeling paint in the ceiling. No fire alarm only open wiring and a co2 alarm No phone. Drywall repair pock marks showing in the wall. Power was in question where you had to turn off your lights to turn on the microwave. White paint on the front door, lamp shades gray curtain, and furniture. Thermostat to room inactive. A/C unit no face plate to the wiring box. Elevators did not work and tried to put 2 disabled vets and a dog on the 3rd floor without a working elevator. Patron was kind enough to swap rooms. Needed 2 beds not 1 and it was suppose to be non-smoking but it did have smoke smell in it. Bed was old not modern not new. Ice machine has been down for a year and no sign of repairing it. Weak Wi-fi The driveways have pot holes and thought I was in Detroit Michigan not Jacksonville Florida. Mud dauber nests in the bushes in front of the fence line surrounding the pool. It was a make do situation due to hurricane Milton and had no choice but to work with the place to stay as no other options were made available by booking.com. No support for alternatives by booking.com and have lost my business from myself and others I know that travel. You should not pay premium for this type of facility ever! Where the hell is Jacksonville's fire code and building inspector?! Slumlord Operation Stay away! I took a video not pictures of the conditions. I am unable to upload it.
