NEVER AGAIN!!

Liked: When I got there, they tried to charge me more than the amount I received from Booking.com. The worker behind the desk kept telling me they would charge me for smoking in the room and then tried to put me in a room with a king sized bed that smelled like cigarette smoke. When I told him I would not stay in that room, he showed me a room with two queen beds that didn't smell like smoke, I agreed to stay there, but he wanted to charge me more. When I let him know I no longer wanted to stay at that hotel, he let me stay. There was a roach that came out of a crack in the wall in the bathroom that I had to kill. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. On the website, they advertised having breakfast, but they only gave a bag that included a tiny water bottle, a tiny juice box, an apple, and a tiny breakfast bar. They did have coffee and tea in the lobby. When I got my rental car, I went to the desk to ask if I needed a car voucher so it wouldn't be towed, the guy at the desk said no, but wanted to see my id for some reason. I refused because I felt very weird vibes throughout my entire stay there. NEVER AGAIN!!

Liked: As opposed to the description in booking.com there was no breakfast, but a bag with a small bottle of water, some juice and a (very sweet) biscuit: very disappointing.Very slow WiFi.

Liked: I wouldn't know because I wasn't able to stay at the property. I received an email saying that my stay was cancelled and I needed to call the hotel to see why. I called the property and they informed me that I called to cancel my reservation, mind you I hadn't used my phone in quite some time as I was out sight seeing. The hotel employees did not confirm with the mystery caller a confirmation number or anything just allowed a random person to cancel a reservation that was not theirs. The employee offered to reinstate my reservation but I respectfully declined, I didn't feel safe staying at the property after the incident and will not book with this hotel again.

Good for a night

Liked: Check is was fairly quick and easy. Clerk at the desk was kind and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was non existent. I was told it was a grab and go but we didn't even get that as the clerk in the morning was smothered with guest checking in and he had no help. The bathroom could definitely use some updating, and our fridge kept making a loud clicking sound throughout the night.
