I liked that the rooms and halls were clean.

Liked: Clean; breakfast good; cleaning staff friendly. I liked their soaps and shampoo dispensers, but you need two hands to squeeze.
Disliked: Beds too hard; you need a car to get anywhere and we travelled by train.

Liked: Clean and easily accessible to church and route home.
Disliked: Cracks in bathroom sink and tub. Purely cosmetic, but gave a low budget impression.

Very friendly and helpful staff; good breakfast; quiet. I recommend this hotel for a stort stay.

Disliked: No elevator.

Disliked: We stay here often. It is a good location and we find the rooms are very good. However, there are a few things that could be improved that would make the experience that much better for many travellers. These are minor inconviences.First, there should be two facecloths in the washroom. We only had one.Second, there were two small glasses with the ice bucket, but there should also be two glasses in the washroom. Some people like to rinse their mouth out when they brush their teeth and they should have access to glasses in the washroom.Third, the glasses are too small. They should be larger. Some people like to use the glasses for juice or beer, but those glasses are hardly large enough to serve as shot glasses.

Liked: I was stranded for two days in Toronto after missing a connection. Stay Inn was a great place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom is huge, brand new and spotless clean. There's a fridge and a microwave which came in very handy. The breakfast was included, it was simple but perfect for me and they also offer coffee and tea 24hrs. The location is awesome if you need to be close to Pearson airport. I would highly recommend.
Disliked: I would suggest adding a kettle in the bedroom.
