Fantastic

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect. This is the second time we stay here. The first time we had the Suite, this time we went for a triple room. Overall I would say that the triple room was as good as the Suite, if not better. The room was very spacious, fantastic view to the castle, and beds were very comfortable. Next time we go to Lisbon we will go for the triple room again.

Liked: + Great location - Bad windows, can hear everything on the street - not enough light in the room (natural and artificial)- room is not well maintained, scratching on the table, broken panels on the ceiling

Liked: Spacious, clean and well equipped room in a fantastic location to walk to everything. Next to the metro and near to the sea too
Disliked: Bathroom a little open for anyone staying with a friend

Pleasant

Liked: The location was very good in that it was close to main strip but the road the hotel is on was dirty with garbage, vacant storefronts and bikers hanging around the front of the hotel. Our room was very clean. The bed comfortable but the pillows were rock-hard. Staff was EXCELLENT!!!
