Liked: Check in. Very friendlyVittoria (I think was her name) was brilliant. chatted to her for a short while and she explained how our family room was the biggest in the hotel. and it didn't disappoint. The hotel is smack bang in a great location too.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit bland, but ticked a box

Liked: Good location.Surprisingly comfortable IKEA-looking bed and mattress.
Disliked: We were given two small tubes of 2-in-1 shampoo-shower gel and not even a full roll of toilet paper after check-in.Smelly carpet.Dim room.

Exceptional

Liked: The location is perfect, right in the center, a lot of touristic attractions are in walking distance. Rooms are cozy and clean, beds are very comfortable, stuff is very friendly. Late check-in was not a problem and it is a big benefit.
Disliked: -

Recomment to stay.

Liked: Great location,room is clean ,cattle with tea. Staff is friendly and healpful.
Disliked: If we need to check in before 4 pm .we have to pay extra for 12€
