Liked: Hotel sits above concert place with super loud music till 1am. Despite triple glazing, indoor window is vibrating. Earplugs are mandatory or you need to be prepared not to sleep before 1am.

Liked: They were phenomenal! The front desk lady was dealing with a big party when I got there but was beyond nice. They threw in a bottle of prosecco for my birthday and were so VERY accommodating when I extended for a night. Hoghly recommend!

Perfect location

Liked: Perfect location if you want to explore Edinburgh through bars and cafes, however on the first floor the noise from the club next to it was very noticeable. Would be better if the hotel provided earplugs. Besides that, hygiene could be way better. We found old, used bandages and dried blood stains on the sheets (washed sheets). Shower was way too hot, but got fixed really fast after sending a message. Positives: huge, soft towels, a comfortable bed, a big room with Bluetooth speakers, attentive employees, easy check-in and free luggage storage. Overall a good experience, but expensive and the hygiene part really needs some serious work.

I had a good stay!

Liked: The apartment was great. It was very nice and provided all that it stated. The space was used well and did not feel cramped but provided all the stated amenities. It could be a little noisy at night, due to the neighbouring pub, but that was clearly stated, so was not a problem. Overall I had a good stay!
Disliked: No issues.
