Exceptional

Liked: Great place for a weekend family retreat trip.Staff are nice, environment is natural. Would definitely visit again.

Definitely would go back.

Disliked: check in is at 4pm, check out is at 12pm. check out time should be extended to 2pm.

Terrific mountain lodge on a...

Liked: This hotel/lodge is very special! The lake is beautiful, the rooms quite comfortable and the food was nicely prepared. The walking trails work for all levels of ability and the layout of the beach area works fabulous for families, couples or a solo person.
Disliked: No criticism. Sad we stayed for 3 nights only cause there’s so much to do!!

Liked: This place is so good. It’s definitely a week long stay a must. Too many activities to join. The place has everything to relax. I only missed the Spa massage. But hopefully will be running again that what I heard. I took pillows from home but were no needed. Beds are very comfortable.

Liked: The view, the calmness in nature. The hotel was beautiful and the room was pretty and clean.
Disliked: That i had to leave.

Liked: Restaurant is good the service is excellent and the sand in the beach my granddaughter love it
Disliked: I didn’t like that they have contractions in the property I don’t receive any notice that’s why I choice to have the terrace I thought am going to enjoy seating in the terrace and the view but I didn’t when I check in the reservation is not pleasant at all

Liked: Room was very clean and comfortable. Having 4 towel sets and 2 bathrobes was great
Disliked: Breakfast was very expensive for what it was…The host started to register us but then was interupted by another customer who was already being served by another host, she stopped what she was doing with us and started serving the other customer. She could have easily finished serving us in a matter of seconds before going to that other customer, we had to wait for their conversation to be done so we could go on and take our room.
