Awesome family run hotel!

Liked: This hotel is awesome! Never been before but will be returning! A great “family run hotel” from the minute we arrived we were catered for and the cooked breakfast and dinners were beautiful!!
Disliked: Nothing!

Some nice highlights, a few...

Liked: Lady who owns the hotel was very friendly. The bed was comfy. Poached eggs on toast I would recommend for breakfast. Quiet location so can't hear noisy local neighbours. Close enough to walk in to town which is a pleasant walk.
Disliked: Full English was disappointing sadly but enjoyed my second day breakfast of poached eggs on toast. Room was cold and I had to heat it up, would have been nice if the heating was on just to take the chill off the room. Bathroom wasn't cleaned quite to standard. The soap dish hadn't been cleaned and there was mould in the corners of the shower. Sadly my bedroom was right next to the function room that I wasn't there for so difficult first night's sleep. However I appreciate it is a hotel and it's the Christmas period and so there is bound to be some event on on a Saturday night so I can understand this.
