I liked the staff specifically...

Liked: I liked the staff specifically Lara Barbieri, she’s so professional and friendly.
Disliked: I don’t like the AC of the hotel it is in the heated mode only so they can not turn it to cold mode unfortunately. So you need to open the windows

Liked: Good size rooms and able to get adjoining rooms. Very centrally located just behind the duomo. Staff very helpful and excellent service.
Disliked: Parking quite expensive, but perhaps understandable given central location.Would have liked option of made to order eggs at breakfast. They did offer fried but would have liked poached. This is only a minor complaint and did not take away from the overall experience.

5 star location and staff

Liked: The location of this hotel is exceptionally good - just round the corner from the Duomo. The breakfast is fantastic - hot bacon, sausage egg and rice and other cultural dishes along with cold meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, cereals and if that’s not to your liking - pancakes, waffles, omelettes and eggs made to order. The staff were all very very friendly, the gym is good leading to a roof terrace. At the end of the day the location is perfect and the staff are wonderful. We would go again.
