Spacious and Comfortable

Liked: The risotto for dinner was delicious I recommend this restaurant even if you're not staying at the hotel you won't be disappointed. The hotel is located in an excellent position close walking distance to the Cathedral, shops, Opera house, cafes, Galleria etc.
Disliked: Nothing.

Overall good stay in perfect...

Liked: Excellent location, couldnt be better. Breakfast was varied and fresh, helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Coffee/tea/milk in the room not replaced from one day to another. Had to call reception several times to get this done. Only one bath robe provided for a room of two. On the last day, the bathrobe disappeared completely/not replaced. Same with towels.First room that we were given was very dated, smelled like mould and overlooked a noisy side street (we checked in at 10pm). We asked for the room to be changed which the reception accommodated easily. The second room was newly refurbished but there seemed to be a big discrepancy between rooms which was surprising for the same price.
