It was great to relax...

Liked: The hotel staff are always helpful, friendly and efficient. The breakfast is excellent and waiters remembered to bring soya milk coffee and gluton-free bread each morning. It is a relaxing place to stay within easy walking distance of the historic central attractions.
Disliked: We wake early and would have loved to have access to a kettle and coffee before breakfast was available.

Liked: stayed for 2 nights. below average value for money. bathroom thoroughly cleaned with hair hair and nail clippings in corners or under the fixtures. dusty nightstands and desk. room not soundproof (we are talking about a 4 star hotel): there was a party with music in the hotel restaurant on the ground floor and on the 2 floor where the room was you could hear everything.

Great location for a short...

Liked: Location was excellent, close to station and airport bus. Walking distance to many attractions of Turin. Our room was ready when we arrived early and this was much appreciated. It was cleaned daily. There were lots of hot and cold options at the breakfast buffet. Reception had city maps for tourists. The Hop on Hop off bus stop was right outside the hotel. We availed of the free luggage storage on our last day.
Disliked: The small bedroom window & no view.

An amazing stay in wonderful...

Liked: Loved the warm welcome and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for everything we needed with many sights being in walking distance and next to Porto Nuovo for travel to airport and Milan.

Disliked: Incompetent reception staff, who claimed I had only booked for one person even when I showed them my Booking.comm confirmation, which clearly stated 2 adults. No apology, just a shrug. A good way to lose customer loyalty!

If you want a clean...

Liked: Hotel in a good location. Its clean and beds are comfy. Staff are pleasant.
Disliked: The breakfast was pretty bad, especially the hot options, and the coffee was undrinkable. Being in Italy, you'd expect the coffee to be amazing. Also, the hotel felt bland with outdated decor and no energy at all. The bar had very limited options and felt even more empty because there were hardly any people around. Even though there were residents, the hotel just didn't have any fun or vibe.
