Liked: Don’t expect breakfast from here because there is none. The only thing good here this go around was the ocean front
Disliked: The employees are rude, and turn their noses up at you. Trying to request accommodations is too much to ask as they have made up their minds on which floor they want to put you up on. I was hoping to give my spouse a chance to soak in the tub only to find it dirty and with someone else’s Pubic hairs in the tub, Major letdown. This isn’t our first time with bad experience, last time before our check out there housekeeper came to knock on our door an hour before checkout, and a split second later to barge into our room, and I spoke to the manager and no discount or refund for our troubles, her excuse was it was an honest mistake and wrong room. I’m over this hotel.
