It was pleasant enough

Liked: Location - close to Heavenly Village
Disliked: No hot water 1 night and when I spoke to the staff she didn’t have a clue or seem to understand what I was saying We attempted to ask the staff at reception for assistance and guidance regarding the area and things to do, the 2 girls had no clue even when we ask about the gondola ride , which I found frustrating.

Liked: It was clean inside and out. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I like the video library too.

Liked: That the rooms we stayed in had kitchenettes and a nice size refrigerator.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: The breakfast is just a tray of donuts and pot of coffee.

Liked: the pools are nice and warm and swimmablerooms are cleanstaff very nicewalking distance to the beach and restaurants
Disliked: murphy beds are not ideal, i didnt realize i was getting a murphy bed room with no ac- it was roasting. my 4 year old freaked out it was pretty bad. eventually he got used to it but it was not comfortable. and you had to have 3 fans blasting on you to get comfortable which is very noisy. Maybe its better in winter
