Very nice stay in lovely...

Liked: Location, comfort and cleanliness, staff
Disliked: Nothing really, but maybe a small suggestion : better to provide a kettle with coffee and tea bags (as most hotels in Germany do) than a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules to buy from the reception desk after the first day…

Liked: Glad to have coffee machine in room. Very clean. Good location.
Disliked: Couldn't get a smile when I checked in. Toiletries minimal. No pad and pencil for notes.Poor directions to find taxi. I was trying to catch a train and was already feeling stressed and unwell. Pillow too firm.Very poor television reception. A bad picture on Eurosport cut out completely just at a crucial point and didn't return.

Great location at a fair...

Liked: Right in Old Town and adjacent to trams.Can walk to all the sites of your choose to do so. Nice breakfast buffet and a cafe in the hotel with outdoor seating to sit and enjoy your coffee.My first room had a maintenance issue so I was upgraded to a larger room.Very clean and attractive rooms.
Disliked: Could get a little noisy due to the plaza outside but not too bad.
