Good location, room smelled of...

Liked: The location of the hotel was great and perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was decent.
Disliked: We had a non smoking room however it absolutely stank of cigarettes. It was clear previous customers had been smoking out the window. The smell was ingrained in the room. The room itself was okay but a bit dated and didn’t live up to the reviews. The staff were fine but not particularly friendly.

Great location

Liked: Great location for first time visitors to Mexico City. Roma Norte is a lovely area full of cafes restaurants. Feels very safe.

Good place to stay in...

Liked: Good location with lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast selection.
Disliked: Everything very functional but no atmosphere.

Liked: Excellent location in Roma Norte. Very close to lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel is old but well maintained. It has very basic hotel accommodations, but everything is clean and runs smoothly.
Disliked: Needs sanitary wipes in the gym.

Liked: Good location, a 15-20 minute walk to downtown. The room was large, with a balcony, very clean. Staff was helpful and polite
Disliked: I would like more options for breakfast. Heavy on eggs and spicy food/ meats which I don’t eat at that time of the day. A bit of yogurt and sweet breads would be nice.
