Liked: Very good location in Roma. Walking distance to historical district, Juárez , Condesa. The surroundings are safe with a lot of cafes and restaurants.Big room and comfortable beds.Everyday cleaning. Helpful and nice staff.
Disliked: Expensive Breakfast. We prefer to have breakfast outside. A lot of choice in the area.

Liked: The staff were actually really really friendly and the location is so nice with a lot of restaurants nearby.
Disliked: The place doesn’t look like the picture at all. No refrigerator. The building is very very old. One of the beds were right against the wall with the superb loud ac blowing right above. The ac was old blowing a lot of dirty dust.

Liked: The location is really good, safe zone everything is close
Disliked: Prices are getting higher but it doesn't reflect on the property. There is a smell coming from the toilets like a sewer.

Liked: The neighborhood and location were excellent, the size of the room was pretty good and overall it was well worth the price.
Disliked: The room was clean, but I didn't like the smell of some of the cleaning products but otherwise everything was great.

Exceptional

Liked: Convenience of location. There are lots of restaurants and parks nearby. Great home base to stay and visit everything else. It is not a fancy hotel, but it is clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced.
Disliked: Shower water temperature was a bit tricky to find a perfect water temperature. However, not a big deal at all.
