Very good

Liked: The hotel is very nicely situated beside Golden Gate Park. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious with a large dining area and separate kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and they provide some complimentary snacks!The breakfast and wine hour were both lovely.
Disliked: I had some difficulty getting a receipt, but this has now been provided. There were a fair number of stairs to go up and down to get to our suite, which was challenging with a stroller, but the front desk attendant did help with our luggage which was very kind. It was a bit difficult to get the temperature controls right with just baseboard heaters in each room. The room with the pull out couch (the living room) had no door, so that was not ideal for sound transfer.

Disliked: Breakfast could have offered better warm food.Staff in the dining room was pleasant however the trash should be taken out during service because by 10 it was over flowing.
