Liked: TV was not working and there was quite a long queue for check-out. Rooms and facilities were beautiful and there was a feeling of five star accommodation.

Liked: Everything! Lovely room - we particularly liked the little tassels to hang on the door handle as a sign to staff. The rubber duck on the bath was sweet.Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The lighting in the bar downstairs was far too bright for a relaxing drink at the end of the evening.You only need side-lights!
