Very expensive and disappointing for...

Disliked: See my other review as I’d booked three rooms (which made it worse) and we had a disappointing stay. It’s noisy because of it being a wedding venue at the weekends. No-one after 11pm on reception to keep the noise down when guests are leaving and cabs are lining up. Terrace and bar were not available due to the wedding taking place.

Disappointing and ridiculously expensive for...

Liked: Not much but it was close to where we were going.
Disliked: Please read the small print. This is a wedding hotel. We had no access to the bar or the terrace at all. There is nowhere comfortable to sit as the rooms are pretty basic for such an expensive hotel. The wedding guests left between midnight and 1am. Not their fault as the reception shuts at 11pm so no one to ask them to keep the noise down. Our booking.com rooms were directly above the main entrance where the queue of taxis were picking people up. Bar shuts at 10.45 and there is no room service or mini bar. I’d advise to stay elsewhere and get a cab.

Family wedding

Liked: Stanhill Court is set in a beautiful location in the countryside. Their staff went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one.Would definitely call again.
Disliked: Lack of public transport to this place.. Uber or taxi if you don't have your own transport

No complaints, we would stay...

Liked: Friendly, polite staff. Bar was lovely to relax in during the evening after a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Beautiful building, decor and grounds. Good power in the shower, always a bonus.
