Worth a visit

Liked: Stunning hotel. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was huge.
Disliked: The car park. It was dark when I arrived. It was raining and the car park was muddy in places. I appreciate after the bad weather we have had there will be puddles, but it could do with a resurface. Pulling a case through it wasn’t ideal.

Great value and good quality...

Liked: Room was large and well decorated. Bed was comfortable and shower good. Food was good, both at the event we attended and breakfast in the morning. Good value for money.
Disliked: Car park needs resurfacing - got mud on our shoes walking to reception. Need more bar staff - slow and too few people for even a modest number of guests plus a tiny serving area. They kept running out of food at breakfast and long waits for more. Only scrambled eggs, not fried. They could do with a second coffee machine at breakfast - people queueing for the one.

Pleasurable

Liked: Location and hotel itself were beautiful .
Disliked: The bath in the Junior suite was only big enough for 1, the picture was a bit deceiving.Breakfast was mediocre, scrambled eggs were far too runny, bacon and sausages should be cooked more.

Liked: Staff very attentive, friendly and more than happy to support any query you may have.We arrived late following landing at Gatwick another 22:30 and the male on reception on Saturday 25th January was more than accommodating to us. Provided us with soft drinks on request and happy to support further should we require anything. Would happily stay again
