Exceptional
Liked: This is the perfect hotel to stay in while exploring SF, as it is located at the point where all the cable cars connect.

The view of San Francisco's...
Liked: We enjoyed the view and the comfort of the bed was outstanding. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rated 10 would come back again. The location of the hotel was too high up from Fisherman's wharf but at the end of our stay, with the help of Waymo, we were able to get to the location of the hotel fast. It was a pretty good hike for me especially since it's my first time experiencing the life in San Francisco. We enjoyed watching the sunset and sunrise in our room and I would never switch my room to any other room just to get a FREE breakfast.
Disliked: We didn't understand how to connect to the wifi but it wasn't a problem at all. Our bath tub was kind of clogged and wasn't draining right away but it was fixed right away after we called the concierge line. The hotel's app might not be working during our stay because we requested for some extra towels and slippers on day 1 of our stay. We tried it again but didn't trust it so we just called housekeeping ourselves through the phone in our room and they were able to bring it up in a few minutes.

A nice hotel let down...
Liked: The view from the window was great, being on Nob Hill. The room was fairly minimalist, but comfortable enough.
Disliked: Being on Nob Hill, the only close pub transport were the cable cars at $8 a time. Walking up the hill is a real challenge. The "complimentary coffee" (included in the daily $38 resort fee) only came in paper cups. The breakfast included was only for a "full American breakfast". A lighter "Continental Breakfast" bizarrely cost $10 more each!! Breakfast was served on disposable plates, cups, etc., which is not what you expect from a hotel catering to Europeans, who may be a bit more environmentally conscious. The same applied to the advertized refillable water bottles, which had been replaced by plastic bottles of water.

Good
Liked: Perfect location.Quick check-in and out process.
Disliked: It is a not a 4star hotel at all.The bathroom tile was broken at several places, rusty shower, dirty carpet. The confirmation said that breakfast is included, but the reality is that you can choose only ONE food from the breakfast offer or you upgrade your breakfast for 10,-USD/person.Otherwise the breakfast choice was OK,but rather crowded at the week-end.
