spacious, clean, exceptional view

Liked: Exceptional view!, you can see from the window the street where the tram gets off and in general you can see part of the city, the service is very good, the room is also clean and large. I will return to this hotel when I come to San Francisco.
Disliked: Nothing. Regarding parking, if you want cheaper per night, the street below allows free overnight parking, also the street above the hotel.

Wonderful stay in the heart...

Liked: The location was ideal. Clean and convenient. Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: There was the smell of weird air freshener by the elevators and in the hallways. Wall Decor in the halls was garish.

Liked: Friendly and welcoming staff. Great location: a nice residential area just a few blocks from Union Square. The room was comfortable, had a nice city view, and was clean.

Fabulous location to take in...

Liked: We booked a Premier Queen Room with a Skyline and Bay view which was spectacular both by day and night. The location of this hotel is fantastic and while the cable car is right out the door, one can also walk to the adjacent neighborhoods of China Town, North Beach, and the Financial District. We were able to store luggage before and after our booking as our arrival and departure did not correspond to published hours. We also booked the valet parking service at the time of our room booking. There were in/out privileges and it worked very well. There is sufficient drop off parking in front of the entrance.
