All about Location!!

Liked: The Location is perfect. Walkable to many neighborhoods, restaurants and attractions. Hotel was clean and quiet, but location is everything!
Disliked: No bad experience. Location of front desk is odd, but restaurant was nice and often well utilized.

Liked: Bed was very cozy, room was cute. The heated drying racks for towels was nice. No issues with hearing your neighbors.
Disliked: Bathtub had weird drainage problems and I thought it was weird there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom. So it was just really moist in there after showering.

nice hotel for a decent...

Liked: The hotel is very well located,in a quiet and beautiful area but still very central, the rooms are somewhat plain but very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Minibar was empty. At least some water would have been nice.

The Hotel Was Ideal For...

Liked: The room was as I required after upgrading, with an excellent view of the skyline and Bay. The location was 3/4 the way up Nob Hill so unless you are very fit a taxi back to the hotel is a must from the port areas.
Disliked: We prepaid breakfast, however the American breakfast was very boring after a couple of days, plus we were gobsmacked that Orange Juice was extra at $4 per glass which we have never come across before in all our travels!Personally I would try the paid breakfast once then look for a cafe to get something with more variety during your stay.

Liked: Great facilities, very comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly staff, well-located area for visiting all the city's points of interest, top-notch bedding.
Disliked: Nothing. All was perfect

Liked: Amazing location, super helpful staff, comfy beds. While parking is a bit pricey - you can get your EV charged for free.

Location was great for seeing...

Liked: The room was very nice with large windows to see the city. We liked that the cable cars came by on the street and we could see them from our room. The hotel is close enough to walk to a few restaurants nearby and there is also a restaurant in the hotel for meals but we only went down for breakfast which was very good. We ordered off the menu as it isn't included but that was not an issue for us.
Disliked: The amenities in the room weren't very good. The shampoo and conditioner damaged my fine hair and the blow dryer was a very small one so my hair got caught in its motor. There was also only one bottle of water in the room and one coffee cup. We went downstairs for coffee so not so big of a deal but it would have been nice to have 2 paper coffee cups and another water since there were two of us.
