Liked: The welcome was amazing. Olivia in particular was as attentive and present the whole time. Actually she is an excellent front of house receptionist
Disliked: Was disappointing that I had to advertise my need for an emotional assistance dog at breakfast. Bit I tried not to let that overshadow

Great place, good staff, would...

Liked: Great location - it is a shame we were pressed for time, otherwise the grounds would have been great to explore more. The bar was a curio.With such a great space, I think they could have made more of a feature of it.
