Horrible
Liked: This property does not need to be in any hotel booking sites. This property was very dirty and uncomfortable. We asked to be switched to another room due to it being dirty. The toilet would not flush, and we had maintenance come over to fix it. Worst hotel I've stayed in in my life. I would never stay there again. Charging 160 dollars plus a 100 dollar deposit was horrible.
Disliked: Worst nightmare and will never stay at this location.

Liked: nothing poor management no help from staff
Disliked: They overbooked the hotel no one called me to inform me that they had no rooms for me until I showed up so they sent me to the Hampton inn down the street than the Hampton inn charged me again after I already paid Here very frustrating night and situation

This hotel is old, worn...
Liked: Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Free parking.
Disliked: Shabby and poorly maintained. Paint stains and sloppy workmanship. Windows filthy on the outside. No carpeting, so rooms and hallways were echo-y. Overhead lighting was too bright. A small couch was the only seating in the living room. Electric panel with exposed wires in bedroom closet. TV sat crooked on its stand. AC unit in living room did not work. Breakfast was lukewarm coffee, yogurt, and bagels and croissants with no butter or cream cheese available.

Don’t go there
Liked: I arrived at the place in the evening with two children, and it turns out that my reservation was canceled by the place! They lied to me that there was a technical problem with the system and sent me to another hotel. shame! Stay away from this place!

Terrible customer service
Disliked: Despite booking a room over two months in advance, with confirmation sent, I received a call at 6pm the day of check in to inform me that there had been a 'system error' that had led to the hotel overbooking, and they therefore did not have space. Instead, they had shunted me and my family to a local motel, but were unable to offer a reimbursement or other alternative. Very poor service overall, and it goes without saying I would not recommend a stay there

They didn’t accept me in...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: On my arrival at Stamford hotel I was told there was no room available after paying for the night . I had my baby with me and it was chaos. I was sent to another hotel with some information on a paper. When I got to the hotel they sent me, I was told the same thing that they were booked out as well. This was like after 1am. My husband got so angry as we were so tired and ready to go rest in the hotel we paid for. Luckily my husband got so angry else they wouldn’t get us nowhere to stay. All they said was they understand and they are sorry. I’ve never experienced paying for my room then telling me they are booked out. It was the worst experience ever and I’ll never refer this hotel to my worst enemy if I had one.
