Terrible customer service

Liked: We always stay here when flying but this will be the last time.
Disliked: Customer service was terrible. 2 hours attempting reservation via phone so then booked through booking.com - upon check in staff member was rude and had a careless attitude.

Was disappointed and won’t stop...

Liked: Breakfast ok .
Disliked: The service in la boca restaurant was almost non existent eg 15 minutes to get asked for a drink and then 10 minutes later had to ask where they were.Meal was good but very expensive.The only option that was given to us was la boca and later we found out we could have had room service.Very poor of reception not to tell us.
