Elegant comfort, had us return...

Liked: The suites are elegant, homely comfort. The beds are so comfortable, and the rooms become cave like. We had great sleep every night

Very good

Liked: Excellent location in the CBD. Comfy bed and a large room. Staff were genial. Fun elevator.
Disliked: Pool was a little small and crowded on a hot day. The basin in the bathroom was very small, and the vaniry very shallow. Difficult to wash your face.

Lovely hotel and wonderful staff!

Liked: The room and facilities were excellent and the staff were both professional and friendly at all times. The servers at Harry’s Bar were truly exceptional and should be commended for the incredibly high standard of service.
Disliked: At the time of writing, unfortunately the $100 AUD deposit has still not been returned to me. Apparently this could take 14 days which feels excessive particularly when at my departure, the reception staff confirmed there were absolutely no issues with the room and even commented the mini bar had been untouched which suggests there’s no legitimate reason for such a lengthy delay. After such a truly delightful experience, I have to admit the idea I might have to pursue this repayment is somewhat disappointing-especially as I’m due to leave Australia within days and this matter might still be outstanding.
