A luxurious city escape

Liked: The hotel is gorgeous, impeccably clean, beds are amazing and pillows too. The high tea was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very luxurious.
Disliked: Checking in took a lot longer than I had anticipated as I had pre paid for the accommodation on Booking.com - this seemed to cause some sort of confusion. Also, the air conditioning in our room was very temperamental, but we were able to get it going eventually.
