Liked: Great location! Perfect for what I needed.Pool was refreshing with great views of the Festival precinct.
Disliked: Breakfast was standard, nothing stood out.Bathroom seat wouldn't stay up. Super small shower. Hard to adjust water temp.The worst view. Buildings and not the park.

Not customer orientated simply greedy...

Liked: Looks ok in the lobby but when you get to the rooms very old and dated. Uncomfortable bed and scratchy sheets. Room service was expensive and kids meals I got for my children looked, smelt and tasted like hospital food.The pool absolutely stunk of chlorine a lot more than a pool should and we couldn’t stay in there more then 15 minutes.Had emailed prior to inform them it was my children’s first time interstate and anything they could do or recommend to make our trip more memorable would be appreciated….. they did nothing at all.We drove 8 hours from Melbourne to watch the footy and my son became sick and we left the game during the first quarter I want to get them home and ask for a refund; we weren’t in the room for more than 2 hours and the hotel was no help because of “policy”. They failed to show any compassion for our situation and refused to help. $800 is a lot of money but for a booked out weekend I’m sure an exception could’ve been made. I even offered to send his doctor certificate to prove he was genuinely ill. Booking.com was more helpful and would’ve given the refund but I hadn’t paid through them I paid at the hotel. Booking.com even email the hotel on my behalf asking for an exception with no success.
