Absolutely horrific. Expensive and never...

Liked: Wifi was great and the location was very handy.
Disliked: Spa room was ridiculously expensive and then couldn’t use the spa due to what looked like dead skin coming out of the water jets.. complained, they sent some one to clean the jets so we had to wait, missed dinner and spa was still filthy!!! Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful especially charging us and not helping or offering what we paid top dollar for

Liked: Old world atmosphere It was so close to everything we needed without having to drive anywhere.
Disliked: Nothing

Absolutely blissful stay

Liked: We have been travelling of late and our stay at the Stamford was exceptional. The towels were luxurious the bed linen crisp, we had the best nights sleep (in two months!). The staff were friendly and helpful, offering information on places to eat and the paid parking was a great convenience.

Disliked: Upgraded our room with ease and lost parking ticket so was given a free one. Also Kate checkout was free too
