Liked: Location
Disliked: Excuses, excuses, excuses. It was basically the check-in. We were incorrectly told we would receive a text when the room was available. Which was not the case. It was 3 pm, and I had to call the property to say, is it available. I received a direct reply... Yessorry we were busy checking ✔️ people in. Seems ludicrous when we were also trying to check in. The staff really needed to think about the penny dropping, which they didn't....disappointing really.
