Disliked: No free seats in breakfast room and I heard a conflict between staff they argued who will manage sitting the guest within breakfast. Very loudil. Older lady was very unfriendly and mean to younger man. Not professional behavior

Great for event-related stays

Liked: Clean and spacious rooms. Great access to O2 Arena & Universum (prefect for event-related stays). Great selection of dishes for breakfast. Good restaurant (more Czech quisine options would be great, though).
Disliked: A bit far from the centre of Prague, but a metro station is nearby.

Liked: We were coming to the concert and the hotel is right next to the venue, which is very convenient, and it was also easy to get to the city centre to explore beautiful Prague

Liked: I really liked the design of the hotel with the guitars and everything. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty food to choose from. Regarding the room, it had everything I needed, including an iron. The bed and the sheets were comfortable.
Disliked: I didn't like the view from my room much as I saw into offices in the opposite building. Also, there was a Mormon Book and a New Testament on the bedside table which was pretty weird. As I've heard, this was in other rooms as well.

Recommended for bysiness travels!

Liked: Size of the room and bathroom, comfortable beds and bed sheets, little things such as body lotion or sewing kit, variety if sweet pastries at breakfast.
Disliked: The juice at breakfast was disgusting, in such hotels 100percent fruit juice should be provided.
