Liked: The hotel is ideally located and allowed me to check in at a late hour during my business trip. The room was spacious with all the necessary equipment.
Disliked: I was the victim of numerous bed bug bites, which forced me to be hospitalized upon my return to France. I notified the hotel, which assured me they had taken the necessary measures, although I have no proof of this. I hope they have indeed done what's necessary. Of course, no compensation was offered to me despite the very high cost of the room.

An elegant hotel in an...

Liked: We had a upgrade to a mezzanine room, which was great. We liked the theme of the hotel which added extra interest. It was close to tram and underground stops as well as a large Edeka. The main shopping street and the old town where in easy walking distance. The car park was close and it was easy to stop in front of the hotel to load and unload the car. Breakfast was varied and good quality. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Liked: Room was a lovely size with plenty of storage. Bathroom had a lovely shower.
Disliked: Loft could have been a bit faster
