Disliked: The window was broken the heating system was broken we reserved parking but when we arrived there was no spot even we reserved the shower was broken you can't control the temperature of the water for this type of money is not okay .... The wc is so small that you cant sit on the sit if you more 160 cm

An excellent hotel in a...

Liked: An excellent hotel in a convenient location for The Hague. Lovely old building and the staff are very attentive and helpful. The room is well equipped and comfortable.
Disliked: The lighting in the room was too dark to work but the staff helped me there as much as they could. The customer contact application is too 'smart' for my liking.

The place to visit another...

Liked: Mozaic is little more than one kilometer from the city center, which suits me perfectly. Quiet neighbourhood and on the way to the center really good restaurants and cafes. Good have stayed much longer. Also coffee. cookies and licorice always availabe. For the price a real jewel.
Disliked: Room was towards a busy street. Luckily traffic didn't disturb. Maybe they could have extra curtains to get room totally dark during the night-

Liked: Bathroom and towels was clean always, climate control was very good, there's both heater and air conditioner
Disliked: Room too narrow, no sofa bed as advertised online, TV had no good sports channels or NatGro or Discovery or C&I, city tax should have been demanded or emphasized on check in so that costumers don't spend all they have just to be confronted with city tax on check out. Kindly indicate room numbers online so costumers would know which rooms they are booking, assigning room numbers after booking is like ambush. Many times the electronic keys can't open the doors seem lessly, this is not good enough, no provision for washing machine in the whole facility, this is not good enough.
