The hotel is located opposite to Glass Palace culture center and the St. Pancratius Church. All rooms have free Wi-Fi access and a flat-screen TV. The renewed bathrooms are modern and feature a shower and toilet. From Stadshotel Heerlen you can walk to the train station of Heerlen within 5 minutes. Aachen and Maastricht are both a 20-minute drive away. Valkenburg is 15 minutes away by train.

Liked: Friendly welcome..
Disliked: A waft of sewer smell on entering the room. Small room, 407; spacious bathroom.

Liked: Central location.
Disliked: The room had no windows for ventilation and there was a bad smell of sewage that came when using the water but also from the hallway. The entire floor creaked and the bed with old mattresses and bedding had a very musty smell. Throughout the stay, noises were constantly heard from the hallway and from the other rooms due to the fact that it is not soundproofed.

Liked: The location of the hotel is very good for sightseeing and relaxation, 150 m from the train station. There is a very friendly staff who will help you solve your problem, as well as a restaurant on the ground floor with good cuisine.
Disliked: Nothing
