A really nice, but might...

Liked: The hotel is in the middle of the center, old town. A really good location. Room nicely furbished. You have everything you need for your stay (except coffee 😉). Stairs are bit steepy, but it's good for ecersice (or you can use an elevator as an alternative - no problem 💪).
Disliked: The hotel is upstairs the restaurant and bar. It's really noisy, even if your room is on the upper floor.

Disliked: The rooms window opened to a hallway which meant no chance for fresh air and opening a window to a strange hallway would be far too umcomfortable.The fire alarm in my room sounded for nearly 15minutes just before 7a.m.!Evidently someone in a different room decided to have a smoke, which also set off my smoke alarm disturbing my already seemingly uncomfortable sleep.The water cooker was disgustingly dirty, with pieces of crumb and chalk spilling out into the sink.Absolutely nasty!

Liked: Wonderful accommodation... The location of the hotel is great, which is not so far away from the Heerlen station and you have many bars, restaurants and shopping centers around.

Stay in lively centre

Liked: Located in lively centre with colourful fair happening on 2 squares. The hotel is entered via the second floor with breakfast location looking down on a beautiful bar: very pleasant atmosphere. Room with single bed was exactly what you need. Breakfast in the morning was extensive with lots of fresh food.
Disliked: At first the digital signal on the tv was regularly disturbed, but later on it was stable.
