Perfect location in the Grote...

Liked: Location. We had a big room; ample sapce even if you have big suitcases. Property also has a lift.
Disliked: Our room didn’t have a sink in the bathroom; sink was in the same room as the beds. There was enough space just inconvenient.One particular restaurant staff on our first day was not so customer-oriented. When i said i made a mistake in my pre-ordered breakfast (am vegetarian and i ordered something wt salmon), she just looked at me exasperatedly. No suggestion for alternative, like maybe: “you may order something from the menu but at your own expense”. A bit brusque for someone who deals with customers.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Great breakfast in a great location. Would stay again.
Disliked: Parking is a bit hard to find in the dark, but after you do it once it is easy.

Liked: The place is amazing, you enter a Pub and the hotel is inside. The hotel is clean and the rooms are big and quiet
Disliked: The stairs to the rooms are very steep and not suitable for elderly people or people with mobility issues.

Liked: The morning staff at breakfast were lovely. Breakfast was ok and included which was a bonus.
Disliked: The family room was set up on first floor and I had two buggies they knew this from the booking and getting into the room from the lift I had to go up and down a few stairs. This was not easy. Surely if there were children on booking you would use common sense to put them in an easy accessible room Original rooms were on third floor and not accessible for other family but thankfully they managed to move to second floor. Not advertised or advised at check in that the lift closes at 11pm this was difficult for my family and meant I had to be upstairs by 11pm.
