Beautiful Hotel ,

Liked: Beautiful Hotel, facilities amazing, bar staff very friendly & helpful. Hope to stay in the St Regis when I visit Washington DC again.
Disliked: We booked in for a 7 night stay. Ordered breakfast to our room almost every morning. Without exception we had to send the delivery member of staff back to the kitchen as there was always 1 or 2 items missing from our order!

Disliked: For the amount of money I paid for the rooms, it was not worth the value.

Liked: We had a St Regis Suite. It was very big. Nice sitting area; office area, dining area
Disliked: The room needs some updating as it looks outdated. The staff on the entrance door ( porters) were very! far from being welcoming & helping. We stayed here in november 2023 and were very happy. I must say that this time it was a bit disappointinh
