Liked: Room was newly renovated. Full kitchen was convenient.
Disliked: Had no hot water 1st day but maintenance had the issue repaired in a timely manner.

Liked: Good location, friendly host, nice grounds.
Disliked: The studio, although functional, needs update and renovation. Things like worn-out appliances (fridge door missing handle) don't justify the price. Not great value for what you get.
