Clean; immaculate; professional staff; excellent restaurant; delicious food; lovely rooms and bathrooms. A quite oasis overlooking parkland in the middle of Hammersmith. Full of history.

Disliked: No peaceful lounge and reception should be enlarged and closed off.

Disliked: Sadly the restaurant and bar was closed so no breakfast or dinner .

Lovely hotel shame about the...

Liked: It’s a beautiful hotel and the room was lovely
Disliked: We rang to ask us about parking and were told to park in the Novotel overnight. We were not warned this would cost us £66.50 a whopping £3.50 an hour! We had thought we’d like to stay again, despite the bed being quite hard but after retrieving our car decided we would not.
