A place we’ll come back...
Liked: The building itself is incredible, the grand suite was super spacious and made us feel right at home, chambers club was really nice place to get work done and grab a snack

Pleasant
Liked: Restaurant was not great bringing out cooked food when hadn’t finished cereal / continental, food long delays and basic menu. Staff good and accommodating. Suite was very small. Over priced for what youGet. If a mini bar is provided should be free.

It was the most memorable...
Liked: This was the most memorable hotel experience of our life. When I arrived at the hotel there was a short line up at the reception and one of the staff offered me a glass of prosecco while I waited. It was such a lovely touch and I really enjoyed the short wait. The check-in reception clerk was extremely kind and helpful and charming and we got into a conversation about the history of the hotel. When he gave me the key he asked if I needed help with my bag. I said no but then he said that there were a few steps up to the room - so I said - "OK, in that case thank you I would like help." He said, "It is the Royal Suite" on the second floor to your left as you get off the elevator, I will meet you there. I thought I had misheard him or that there was some other meaning to the words "Royal Suite" besides, well, "Royal Suite." Luckily, he was right behind me to help me find the correct door. When I opened it I was astounded. "Royal Suite" meant "Royal Suite" I said, "OH my goodness, this is stupendously beautiful! How did this happen??" He said that the hotel had been absolutely and completely fully booked that night and that he had been able to give me an upgrade to this suite. Everything about it was luxurious beyond anything I have ever experienced before. The ceilings stretched up practically to the sky, the bedroom was elegant in the extreme, the living and dining room were simply palatial. The St. Pancras is now my absolute favourite hotel in London. Every aspect of the ground floor common areas - the entry way and the bar and dining areas - also dazzle. Being connected to the station is also a tremendous bonus and convenience when heading to the Eurostar. The staircases and landings and walls and windows on the second floor were also gorgeous and gave such a sophisticated and lovely atmosphere to the whole hotel. We will remember our stay there forever. We will return again and again.
Disliked: Nothing! It was perfect.
