Liked: staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great. The children loved the swimming pool.

Liked: We didn't book breakfast this time.....too much to do on our trip...too little time! Always stay here when we come to London. We love the hotel!!!
Disliked: Kettle didn't work,not enough tea teabags! However we asked for a new kettle and bags and they were sent to the room. Thankyou!

Too expensive, needs a refurb

Liked: The bed was comfy and the downstairs areas are beautiful.
Disliked: The room was very tired with stains on the carpet and furnishings. It felt like an old conference hotel. Had to walk past the noisy and smelly kitchen to the lifts where our room was. The spa was dirty and not well looked after, the shampoos/conditioners needed refilling. The stay would have been fine if it wasn't so expensive, therefore expectations high. We also got told we'd got a room upgrade, but I suspect we gained half a meter rather than any other enhancement, as nothing else felt particularly special in the room. I've stayed in other similarly priced hotels in London that have been significantly better.

Liked: Property was upmarket and felt very special, ideal location for Eurostar
Disliked: We stayed in the Royal Suite which was amazing but we could hear constant noise from people and traffic outside all night.
