Forming part of St Pancras International train station this elegant hotel has immediate access to the high speed Eurostar service and the Tube. Luxurious surroundings include a tea lounge 2 restaurants and bars a spa and relaxation pool. Complimentary WiFi is available in the public areas. Exceptional

Liked: Location for coming in on the international train line and the 12pm check out time.
Disliked: The view from the room was straight into a brick wall.

Beautiful hotel - great experience

Liked: The reception area and Victorian wing is stunning
Disliked: Room was fairly basic for the price but lovely all the same, fully equipped and clean, good size.

Rude staff

Liked: Love the property
Disliked: Rude staff Arrived at the hotel to check in around lunch. Handed in my bags and left my credit card details. Went off to work in the city. Arrived back at the hotel around 6pm to be told I’d not got a reservation for the night but for the following night. It was correct, I’d booked the wrong night in error. My fault. But why check me in and take my card details? Why not tell me when I arrived at lunch? I was then told the hotel was fully booked and I had to find a new hotel for the night. I was then refused a refund for the error. Poor customer experience all round.
